Introduction to the Postdoctoral Research Station

The Chunli Medical Postdoctoral Research Station was established in 2018. It is a national-level scientific research platform approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, qualified to jointly recruit and train postdoctoral researchers with universities. The setup of this research station fully reflects the high recognition by relevant national departments of Chunli Medical's independent innovation, cultivation of R&D talent, and collaborative development of industry, academia, and research, and is of great significance for further enhancing the company's independent innovation capabilities and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The research station is also committed to building a bridge between high-tech talent and enterprises, actively exploring new pathways for deep integration of industry, academia, and research.


Since its establishment, the postdoctoral researchers at Chunli Medical have presided over or participated in multiple important scientific research projects, covering the National Key R&D Program, open topics from national key laboratories, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Beijing Postdoctoral Research Fund, and Tongzhou District Science and Technology Plan projects, among others. With the regular financial support from the Beijing and Tongzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus, as well as matching funds from the enterprise, the station has achieved a series of fruitful scientific research outcomes, including the publication of 16 SCI articles and the filing of more than 50 patent applications. Through the integration of industry, academia, and research, multiple scientific research projects have been successfully transformed.

Chunli Medical has successively established partnerships with a number of prestigious universities, high-level scientific research institutions, and clinical organizations, including Peking University, Beihang University, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Nanjing University, Jilin University, Shandong Wendeng Orthopedic Hospital, Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Xingtai General Hospital of North China Medical & Health Group, the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering, and Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedics, for the joint recruitment and training of postdoctoral researchers. Administrative Director of the Department of Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstruction Surgery, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine. Graduated from Peking University with a clinical doctorate in sports medicine. He is the first recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in the field of sports medicine in China, enjoys special government allowances from the State Council, and has been honored as a National Health Commission Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions. He serves as the first Chinese executive member of the International Osteoarthritis Research Society (OARSI), Vice Chairman of the Sports Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice President of the Sports Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Chairman of the Neural Repair Materials Branch of the Chinese Society for Biomaterials, and Chairman of the Orthopedics Branch of the Jiangsu Medical Association. Basic Requirements

1. Holders or soon-to-be holders of a doctoral degree from domestic or international institutions, as well as personnel who have completed postdoctoral training in relevant research centers (workstations), generally under 36 years of age. 2. Capable of engaging in postdoctoral research at Chunli Medical on a full-time basis, with no other professional commitments, or alternatively, able to participate in postdoctoral research on a part-time basis. 3. Possess a strong sense of professionalism, outstanding research aptitude, excellent moral and academic character, compliance with laws and regulations, a clean record, and good health.

Research Directions

The Chunli Medical Postdoctoral Research Station primarily recruits candidates from the following primary disciplines: Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Stomatology, and related fields.
